ABOUT US
Hi, we’re Karen and Vinny!
We share a love for hospitality, design, and travel, which inspired us to create Waypoint Stays, a property management company built on personal care, intentional detail, and an elevated guest experience. What began as a passion for hosting in our own homes has grown into a trusted service that helps property owners maximize returns while giving guests a memorable place to stay.
Karen brings an eye for design and smooth operations, making sure each space feels both functional and beautiful. Vinny, an Air Force veteran, provides the technical expertise and steady problem-solving that keeps everything running seamlessly. Together, we combine professionalism with genuine warmth, treating every property as if it were our own.
When we’re not working on the business, you’ll usually find us outdoors, flying, mountain biking, hiking, or exploring new places. At home, our three dogs, two spunky Boston Terriers and a loyal Doberman, keep us busy and make sure life is always full of energy and fun.
